Reservation Policy

Important information for your stay at Redwood Hollow Cottages

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Fall 2-night minimum stay (September through November)
  • Winter 2-night minimum stay (December through February)
  • Spring 2-night minimum stay (March through May)
  • Summer 4-night minimum stay (June through August)

Check-In Policies

  • Check-in hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No late check-ins: Check-ins are not permitted between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM
  • Late check-in coordination: Must be arranged 48 hours in advance
  • ID verification: Government-issued ID must match the reservation credit card

Security Deposit & Payments

Security Deposit

A $500.00 security deposit is charged per stay and will be refunded after your departure, subject to property inspection.

Payment Schedule

20% non-refundable deposit required at booking. The remaining 80% balance is auto-billed 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Zero-refund policy: Cancellations within 6 months of check-in forfeit the entire balance
  • Rescheduling allowed: Moving your reservation to different dates is permitted up to 6 months in advance
  • Unit changes: Switching to a different cottage may be possible subject to availability

All cottages and properties are strictly non-smoking, both indoors and on outdoor patios.

No Pets Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to allergy concerns and property maintenance.
